Terms
Terms of use, in plain English.
These terms cover the Morning Line Football website and the episodes we publish, including on YouTube. Last updated 8 October 2026.
Who we are
Morning Line Football is an independent football audio service run by Mark Asquith from Scotland. You can reach us at hello@morninglinefootball.com. By using this website or listening to our episodes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What Morning Line is
Morning Line publishes short, club-specific football briefings. AI tools help produce each episode from source material, and a human editor reviews every episode before it goes out. Episodes are general information and entertainment. They are not betting, financial or legal advice.
Independence
Morning Line Football is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league or player mentioned in our episodes. Club and competition names are used only to say what an episode is about.
Accuracy and corrections
We work from published sources and credit them on each edition’s page. We aim to be accurate, but we cannot promise that every episode is complete or free of mistakes. If you spot an error, email hello@morninglinefootball.com and we will look into it.
Our content and your use of it
The episodes, scripts, artwork, videos and website are owned by Morning Line Football unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to listen and watch, to share a link to an episode, and to quote a short extract with credit to Morning Line Football. Please do not copy, re-upload, sell or republish our content, or use it to train other AI systems, without asking us first.
Other people’s content
Our episodes draw on reporting by other publishers, which remains theirs. Where we use their reporting, we write our own summary and credit the source. Links to other websites and apps are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
YouTube and other platforms
We publish on YouTube and on podcast apps. When you use Morning Line on YouTube, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s privacy policy applies to how Google handles your information. Other platforms have their own terms and policies. Our own privacy practices are described on our privacy page.
Availability and liability
The website and episodes are provided as they are, and we do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of or reliance on them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website or episodes after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
