Victory’s AFC Champions League Two match away to Persib Bandung has changed venue. Wednesday night’s game will now be played at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium. Kick-off remains at quarter past eleven, Melbourne time. Giovanni Savarese says Tom Lockyer is ready to play in Indonesia, while young players will be needed as Victory rotate through five matches in two weeks.

Persib come into the match after a dramatic two-one league win away to Garudayaksa on Sunday. Mariano Peralta opened the scoring, before Adam Alis found the winner in stoppage time. Persib coach Igor Tolic said the game was highly emotional after a demanding run of fixtures, and that he would assess who is ready for Wednesday.

On international duty, Australia’s first Under-seventeen Women’s World Cup campaign is over after a one-nil loss to Mexico. Leyla Hussein started, and Sienna Calvanese replaced her in the fifty-seventh minute. Australia finished the group with one point and did not reach the knockout stage. The tournament duty is now complete for both Victory players.
